Slow Flow, This class is for yogis who need tension relief. Practice will target tension areas in the body and usage slow and mild posture sequencing to alleviate stress. This class is very low impact, and is recommended for newbies. 1hr, All Levels Circulation, This is an all levels stream yoga class that will launch built-up tension in the body while aligning the joints, constructing strength and increasing flexibility.
